How to Get the Serial Number (SN):
- In most cases: Go to Settings > General > About > Serial Number.;
- If the device won't power on: Take a photo of the SN QR code on the back of the VOLTRA I. Please click here.
Make sure the serial number matches the product in this order.
Beyond Care can only be purchased within 90 days of product activation.
Once verified, it will be linked to this item and used to activate coverage.

Warranty Period
The warranty starts on the activation date of your VOLTRA I. Once you've powered on and activated your VOLTRA I, day one of your warranty starts there. For Extended Warranty, simply head to the Settings page on your VOLTRA I, then Warranty, and enter your warranty code (sent via email upon purchase) on the warranty page.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your product isn’t working as expected, contact us at support@beyond-power.com with proof of purchase (receipt or order number). Charges may apply for services not covered by the Limited Warranty.
What Will Beyond Power Do
Beyond Power will assist through phone, email, or chat. If needed, we may guide you to install updates or request the product for assessment. For valid warranty issues, we’ll cover repair or replacement at no cost.
