It’s great for nearly every pressing activity and rotational movement. We use it for sprint work outside for overhead drives.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 6 reviews.
Very lightweight, I actually use it with both pulleys on my power rack for pulldowns.
Quality. As promised
Arrived quickly. Light, sturdy and smooth. I would like to see a curl bar or a neutral gripped lat bar as an option also.
Light weight and high quality!!!
Indestructible feel ( although I dropped a barbell collar on it and marked it up ). The only drawback is it’s a bit slick feeling especially;t if you have a bit of sweat on your hands. A nice knurl in the bar with center and offset hand markings would really help.
