Beyond Cortex Beta Terms

Scope of the Beta

 Beyond Cortex ("Beta Services") enables compatible AI agents, developer tools, and custom integrations to interact with supported VOLTRA services and functionality through authorized API access ("API Keys"), the VOLTRA CLI, and VOLTRA Skills.
The Beta Services provide compatible AI agents and developer tools with the guidance and workflows needed to connect with VOLTRA, control training modes, access and analyze authorized training data, program sessions, design resistance curves, and turn training intent into action. Developers may also use the CLI and API keys to build personal or third-party integrations with the Beta Services.
The Beta Services are not intended for medical, rehabilitation, physical therapy, injury prevention, diagnostic, treatment, or other clinical purposes, and should not be relied upon as medical or professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and assuming full responsibility for any outputs, recommendations, commands, training plans, force curves, device control actions, or other results generated or executed through any AI agent, the CLI, or any third-party tools before relying on or implementing them.

Beta Risks and Availability

The Beta Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Beyond Power may modify, suspend, discontinue, remove, replace, or limit any part of the Beta Services at any time, with or without notice.
Beyond Power does not warrant that the Beta Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, reliable, accurate, compatible, or continuously available. No commitment is made that the Beta Services, or any features or functionality thereof, will become generally available or continue to be offered in their current form.
By using the Beta Services, you acknowledge and accept that the Beta Services may contain bugs, errors, delays, interruptions, security vulnerabilities, or other unexpected or unintended results. You assume all risks arising from your use of the Beta Services.

User Authorization and API Key Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API Keys and for preventing unauthorized access or use. Using your API Key, you may authorize compatible third-party applications, developer tools, or AI agents to access your authorized VOLTRA data and supported functionality.
You are solely responsible for all activities, actions, requests, and consequences arising from the use of your API Key, whether authorized by you or resulting from your failure to safeguard your API Key. Your API Key may be revoked or regenerated at any time through the available account settings or other methods provided by Beyond Power.

Training Data and Privacy

The Beta Services enable you to access and use your authorized VOLTRA training data. If you choose to share your training data with any third-party AI agent, application, developer, or service for analysis or other purposes, you do so at your own discretion and risk. Beyond Power does not control, monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for how any third party collects, stores, uses, discloses, protects, or otherwise processes your data. Any collection, use, storage, disclosure, or other processing of your data by a third party is governed by that third party's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Third-Party AI Agents and Tools

Third-Party AI Agents are developed and operated independently of Beyond Power. Beyond Power does not develop, operate, control, endorse, or monitor any Third-Party AI Agent or its underlying models, prompts, outputs, privacy practices, security measures, or other activities.
Beyond Power is not responsible for any recommendations, outputs, errors, omissions, inaccuracies, unsafe content, data processing practices, or other acts or omissions of any Third-Party AI Agent. Your use of any Third-Party AI Agent is solely at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for independently evaluating the trustworthiness of any Third-Party AI Agent and for reviewing, validating, and approving any outputs, recommendations, commands, training plans, force curves, or other content generated by such Third-Party AI Agent before relying on or acting upon them.

Device Control and Safety

The Beta Services may enable the creation, modification, or execution of training plans, force curves, device controls, or other write actions affecting supported VOLTRA devices or related functionality. Such actions may result in incorrect configurations, unsafe training conditions, unexpected device behavior, interrupted operation, or other unintended outcomes.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all training plans, force curves, device control instructions, and other write actions before executing or relying on them. You are solely responsible for determining whether any such action is appropriate and safe.
By using these features, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with device control, automation, and the execution of write actions through the Beta Services.

VOLTRA Skills, CLI, and Distribution Boundaries

VOLTRA Skills are provided as instructional materials and guidance only. They do not guarantee that any AI agent will correctly, safely, or completely interpret, execute, or implement them.
If you or any developer modifies the VOLTRA CLI, Skills, official scripts, integrations, or related resources, the modifying party is solely responsible for any resulting consequences.
You may not distribute any modified version as an official VOLTRA release. You may not represent or imply that any modified version is authorized, approved, certified, or endorsed by Beyond Power.

Restrictions, Misuse, and Indemnification

You may not:
  • scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data in bulk;
  • misuse the Beta Services or circumvent usage limitations;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Beta Services;
  • decode, crack, intercept, or circumvent VOLTRA communication protocols;
  • bypass authentication, security measures, access controls, or technical protections;
  • resell, misrepresent as official, or otherwise mislead users regarding the Beta Services; or
  • use the Beta Services for any unlawful, unsafe, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
Developers, third-party integrators, and users are solely responsible for their products, integrations, modifications, misuse, unlawful conduct, injuries, data breaches, security incidents, and other acts or omissions related to their use of the Beta Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beyond Power, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Beta Services, your integrations, your modifications, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.
