Beyond Care Subscription Terms
1. Scope of These Terms
These Subscription Terms apply only to the Beyond Care Annual Subscription, which is a recurring subscription currently priced at USD $149 per year and automatically renews each year unless canceled before renewal. The Beyond Care 1-year plan priced at USD $99 and the 3-year plan priced at USD $199 are one-time purchases and are not subject to these Subscription Terms.
2. Billing & Pricing
The Beyond Care Annual Subscription is charged at USD $149 per year and billed at the start of each subscription period to the payment method on file. If Beyond Power changes the subscription price, you will be notified by email to your registered address at least [30] days before the new price takes effect. The notice will include the new amount and the date it will apply. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
3. Renewal Notice
Before each annual renewal charge, Beyond Power will send a renewal reminder to your registered email address. This notice will include the renewal amount, the scheduled charge date, and instructions on how to cancel before renewal.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Beyond Care Annual Subscription at any time on the Beyond Care subscription page on the Beyond Power website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain Beyond Care coverage through the end of that period. Beyond Power will send a confirmation to your registered email address after your cancellation is processed.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@beyond-power.com.
6. Coverage Lapse
Coverage will lapse if a renewal payment is declined, fails, or otherwise cannot be processed, or if you cancel your subscription. Reinstatement after a lapse is subject to Beyond Power’s eligibility review and then-current program rules.
7. Changes to These Terms
Beyond Power may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address no less than [30] days before taking effect. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, continued use of the Beyond Care Annual Subscription after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. However, nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence.
