It’s a very nice bar that’s feels both light and durable. The grip is good too but it would be nice if there was an option for a more aggressive knurling
It’s well designed and a useful attachment

Light but still sturdy. Very nice to use for triceps and back work. One of the better attachments I own based on ergonomics and weight - can't stress enough how much easier it is to work with a light and sturdy attachment in lieu of traditional steel attachments.
Pretty good attachment. Like that it’s light and port around. A bit challenging to grip as sweat builds. Slightly prefer the feel of a knurled bar.

The cable attached is very light and allows for the arms of my functional trainer to be adjusted without removing the attached. I use it for curls, push downs, and upright rows. I recommend it.
