Shipping Notice
Please contact our Support Team if you have any specific shipping requirements. Before making a payment, please verify your address. If you enter the incorrect address, please contact our Support Team ASAP. We will contact logistics to address this problem. We cannot guarantee that your order will be updated if you request a change of address after the package has been dispatched. You are also in charge of any risks and costs associated with changing the address after the order has been dispatched.
In order for us to effectively deliver your items, please make sure that the name, address, and contact details you provide when placing an order are accurate.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped to countries outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order and approving shipment to these destinations, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, storage fees, and any costs related to delays or issues during customs clearance.
- Beyond Power will not be liable for any customs-related charges, delays, fines, or holding fees.
- Refusal to pay required duties or taxes, or failure to complete customs clearance, does not qualify as a reason for order cancellation or refund.
- If a shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid duties or customs issues, you will still be responsible for the full order amount, original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any associated penalties or storage charges.
