Pursuant to the terms of this Limited Warranty, Beyond Power warrants that each product sold shall be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use, consistent with the provisions set forth in Beyond Power's officially published product documentation, for the duration of the warranty term. The scope of Beyond Power's officially published product documentation includes, without limitation, user manuals, safety instructions, technical specifications, notifications provided through its application, and service-related communications.

Warranty Period
The warranty period commences on the date of product delivery. In the absence of an invoice or other valid proof of purchase, the warranty period will initiate 30 days after the product's shipping date, as indicated on the product, unless an alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon between the customer and Beyond Power.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Should the product fail to operate as warranted during the warranty period, customers may seek after-sales service by contacting Beyond Power at support@beyond-power.com. A valid proof-of-purchase, such as a receipt or order number (for Beyond Power Direct Sales), must be provided for warranty service. Charges may be applicable for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Customers are advised to contact Beyond Power for location-specific information.
What Will Beyond Power Do
Beyond Power will endeavor to diagnose and address your issue through telephone consultation, email correspondence, or online chat. In certain cases, Beyond Power may advise you to download and install specific software updates. Should the issue persist despite these efforts, you may be requested to deliver the product to Beyond Power for further assessment. If the problem is deemed to fall within the scope of this Limited Warranty, Beyond Power will facilitate repair or replacement services at no expense to the customer.
